Im looking to buy a city centre (ish) apartment later this year.

Sheffield Telegraph has the property section on a Friday, and within this there is a "New homes" part.

I think there is another phase for the West One flats. Also there are some flats nearly complete on the site of the Old Library, Ecclesall Road South - not sure how much these are going to be but I'd imagine they are pretty expensive.

Normally more expensive the higher up you get.
