Has anyone specialized in short term lets? Apparently short term students have problems finding places to stay. I am one of those, and wondering why nobody is interested in renting anything out for a shorter period of time.

i should think that landlords would not want the hastle of keep finding and moving new tennants in. if the whole showing people round, signing tenancies etc can be done only once a year so much the better. i let a room in my house and its a hastle and costs me money every time a lodger moves out and i have to find a new one.
