Never had the need to use paragraph text in Photoshop before, now I have to & I can't work it out.

Select text tool, drag out text bounds box, type away, OK.

But if I press return I don't get a new line, & if I type off the end of the line it doesn't wrap to the next one.

I've googled it, in a moment of insanity I even consulted the "help" document, nothing...

Can anyone point out the (probably) horrendously obvious thing I'm missing?

Do not set the line height to 634px when the text height is 12px & the page is only 400px...
