i heard a lady talking in the queue behind me at somerfield yesterday. She said that the West One flats have not been selling well and there are still quite a few left. Does anyone know if this is true and how much you'd have to shell out for one? cheers, harriet x

Last I heard (a few months back) they have all been sold.
But no doubt some will come back up for sale/rent soon just keep an eye out.
They all cost over £100k some over £200k (1 or 2 bedrooms and penthouses) and rent prices are above £600 per month.

All sold. The last time I was in Blundells there was only 1 for rent. Sounds liek the lady in Somerfield was wrong.
