Has anyone used the Blonk Street NCP recently? Is it safe and secure?

I need to park in that area all next week and that is the best located car park for me.

Used it many years ago and it was quite run down looking, just wondered if it was OK now. NCP website says it's got CCTV and is part of the Safer Car Park scheme (does this mean it has a guard?).

We use it at work and there have never been any problems. There is a guard on duty as well.
