Abba (two of them at least) wrote their own music, the tribute bands didn't, and in my opinion, don't achieve the same sound. Songs were catchy and fun - dance routines were ace and they really knew how to put on a show - so what if they didn't always sing live or write their songs - I was a fully paid up member of their fan club... If they got back together my ebay auction of their autographs might be going a little better....sigh. I wonder if they could arrange that in 22hr 21 mins??
