Did anyone see this?
It was really interesting - I've always thought the Spitfire is a beautiful plane. I saw one last year at a concert and the noise from it's engine as it flew overhead was fantastic.
The footage from the Spitfire flying a combat mission was particularly poignant.
If you didn't see it it's on for the next 3 Mondays, and it's an education to listen to the old pilots - heroes from another age. Made me proud to be British for once.
