Anyone see Everton last night.
I felt sorry for them. Almost.
I bet the fans that got left in Liverpool Airport are probably quite hapy now.
:D

A grossly unfair accusation.
I laughed my teeets off.
Seriously though, no matter how bad Everton were last night, Bucharest aren't that good.
If they'd had a decent midfielder it could have been a cricket score. The ammount of through balls that didn't find their intended target was frightening.
And what has hapened to Joseph Yobo, I used to rate him, but he seems to be falling apart.
If I remember rightly he cost them both goals against Man U earlier in the season.
I did laugh at the commentators assertion that Everton have a lot of quality on the sidelines (injured)...Beattie (who hasn't done it for them yet), Van Der Meyde (who is badly crocked and not getting any younger) and Kroldrup (who hasn't played competitively for them yet).
I don't think Moyes has used the money he had in the best way.

See this is what I mean about us over in this country thinking that we are better than other countries. At the end of the day the better team won. Dinamo Bucharest are better than Everton, and they showed it, simple as.

I dunno, I thought Bucharest were shocking TBH, but Everton were far worse on the night.
If Ferguson had scored at the end and the game had finished 4-2, I would have fancied Everton to progress.
I just can't see it now.
Bang goes all the money they were hoping for. If the new signings don't improve the team this year, then they may be in trouble come next summer, as they may not have much money to add new players.

come on, he's only 26, not like he is old
but as for the result, it was quite awful to be honest
I woke up this morning and the result made me laugh a lot. they are having a woeful season so fat.
Well Merseyside has a new joke for all such occasions
'Everton's new sponsorship deal is with EasyJet.....
Their new slogan?
In and out of Europe in under 2 hours :D
The BBC gossip column ran a story the other day saying that Everton stand to lose £12million piunds if they get knocked out of the Uefa cup in this round.
