Taken after a trek around the Lake District so not shown in all it's polished glory!

One of the very last e30's plated in this country, I know of only two M plated cars running!

One is a cab the other is my tourer

So today the sun is shining and she will be coming out to play !

long time since I have been on here but just spotted your post..

Nice Cab I think I saw it on Eccy road a couple of weeks ago and stopped for a look.

as to your question ...there are a few of us about in Sheff I have a Calypso cab and there are quite a few others around. I can think of about 10 that I know about From 2 VERY nice M3s through several Cabs to humble 316s and there are one or two parts suppliers .Are you on the zone (http://www.e30zone.net/) the best source of info and help in the country.

The m plate cab you are on about is a red one and a few weeks ago it was for sale on ebay, it was up for over £5000.

Not bad for a 318i, any good e30 can only raise in value these days.

There are plenty of dogs out there that have been to the moon and back and

loads of badly executed mod's on them too!

I'm keeping mine original as nature intended!

Yes it's quite common - laguna green
Most you see aren't clean so they don't as good.

That is vulcan grey which is extremely rare on an E30. It now lives in scotland with a 24v conversion in it.
I had a schwarz metallic 318is years ago but they timing profile gasket let go and I sold it as I didn't have the time to sort it.

The alpina we took the engine and box from looked solid, but, the axle stands went straight through the sills :o

unfortunately no...the car has still not passed its MOT ...needed a new throttle body gasket which I got at VAST cost from the dealers and am now waiting for news...did you enjoy it ..it looked a good meet
