I have noticed that i can call quite a few of the girls i know 'Flower' and I'm still walking and talking.

Now that's patronising. You'll probably find it's only a matter of time before you get slapped in the chops - which should sort your dodgy tooth out :heyhey:

I even call the blokes at work those words sometimes :help:

I was once called 'swetal' by accident - which was a mixture of sweetheart and petal - it stuck and for the 4 yrs I was with that guy, I was known as his swetal!! awwww.

My dad calls people pigeon which I always thought was a bit odd - didnt ever question it though - he used to shorten it to pij as well which thinking about it is even wierder!

He also used to call his mother dutch though... she was welsh.

I think I'm going to be sick.

Hubby used to call me Tinkerbell, rather ironic as he's 5'8" and skinny and I'm 6'3" and built like several brick outhouses!

I girl I used to work with calls me monkey. Another used to call he chicken and another honey bun. I like them all:D

Acctually my friend calls us all doll and shes a girl. I don't find it patronising but i do find "doll face" very patronising
