When I go to Manchester, I'm often intreagued by the Hat Museum - which from memory is between Stockport and Manchester.

It's a huge building - so has anyone ever been to see all those hats? :partyhat:

It's actually in Stockport... Right in the middle of Stockport. You really wouldn't want to go. Trust me.

Don't forget the shoe museum in Northampton.

Not nearly as boring as it sounds, they have 1000's of interesting items, including Queen Victoria's boots (tiny) and Elton John's "Pinball Wizard" Dr. Marten's as worn in the film Tommy (enormous).
