has anyone else had any problems with bulldog. i had it connected on the 30th of last month and it took me 28 calls and 10 days to get the phone line working, i had cancelled my other provider to coincide with the buldog connection so i was without broadband and a phone for over a week. i tried calling customer services but could never get through and when i finally did they could not understand what i was saying i asked for a manager and was told there were non available and someone would call me back within 2 hours it never happened on any of the occasions. finally i got through to someone a week later who promised to get the problem sorted that day and he would call me back but guess what he did not. 3 days after that the phone at home rang and it was this guy saying your line is working ok now. i am really not happy with the service, if it was not for the speed of the broadband i would tell them where to go.
anyone else with problems let me know please
