Wanted!!! One female/Male Professional (maybe a postgraduate)
To move into the perfect home in Sheffield, (not a shared house.... it's a house which is good to enough to call home for us of which is hard in Sheffield)
We have permission to be here for the next two years, so you can imagine that we are pretty settled and we would be very reluctant to move anywhere else in Sheffield as we know we would not find anything close to what we have now.
We are all friends within the house and we have do have a large circle of friends in Sheffield. So you will not only have a good home but there will be lots of opportunity to meet lots of new boys and girls if you are new to Sheffield.
The reason why we are looking for a new member of our household is due to uncontrollable events which now means that our beloved friend has to go home to take of a family member. Unfortunealy for us we had a good balance within the house and we would like to try and fill the whole which will be left behind.
We are currently holding interviews of likely candidates to move in, we have had a good response and many options available. we will holding interviews for the next week and a half. Ideally a girl would be great but no pre-judgement will be made whether male or female.
We are in no rush to make a decision as we have two weeks, but to be honest we would like someone who can easily just fit in and get on with things.
The environment that you will be surrounded in will consist of:
• 1 large double bedroom
• 1 large deep bath
• 1 larger shower with a 5 dual head action (4 from the wall and one main head above)
• The largest kitchen you have ever seen
• Large glass dinning table
• Crazy fridge which dispenses water, crushed ice, and cube ice.
• Very large back garden, with raised decking area, with outside fire/coal hut, outside setting area.
• Large living room which will easily seat 15 people, the settees are modulated type ones which go completely round the whole living room.
• Project TV, with sky. The TV in inches are way beyond what you have seen before and it must be bigger than 72" at least
• central heating
• All bedrooms have spot lights and in fact there are all over the house with dimmer settings.
• wooden floor throughout the downstairs area
• wireless internet set-up
• home cinema surround sound set up
• coat room
• wash machine
• dryer
• dish washer (this is not an excuse to be lazy)
You will also be sharing a home with one

We are aged between 23-25, and we are not shy to a few really late nights operations on a weekend. we all have a massive taste/range in music, from live bands, festival (Glastonbury, v fest, carling weekend) As a house outing we went see Ian brown, oasis and N.E.R.D and many others) we also like house, soul, funk basically it all depends on how we feel. But mainly we venture down for smooth quiet drinks down in Dulo, lescar, porter cottage which sometimes ends up in carnage if a few a our unusual suspect friends get involved hehe (just because we are all professionals does not been we are boring we pretty much live for the weekend........ not every weekend but most weekends. We all love to dance and have bit of a rave and lets be honest if your not opened minded then house might not be for you.
I must point again that you will be looking at a home and the person who moves in we want them top feel like it's your home too. Me personally I don't play game and will be honest and open to all of you and if you are not suitable then I will let you know but on the other hand once you have been round for a chat/drink/beer/wine, you my feel that our environment is not suitable for you, but there is room for compromising.
The house is clean and tidy and everybody chips in and we ensure that it stays that way. We have all been students don't wish live like students again, we have the t-shirts, we have worn the t-shirts and now we have thrown the t-shirts away and now choose to live and act like professionals (during the week)
Now on the expensive part
Rent £260 month (cheap)
Council tax £32.25 month
Sky and internet 17.00 month
Plus ¼ of bills, bills have just been paid so you will be moving in on a clean slate
