Hi Folks,

are there any societies / groups / organisations in Sheffield around to promote personal development, social skills and integrity?

I think Sheffield could benefit massively from projects to encourage further 'freeform' study aligned with the interests, goals and dreams of it's citizens.

I know there's a 'business angels' network which seems directly targeted towards helping new business startups - but is there anything similar to provide mentoring for those who want to learn but just never managed to get into a good career or around really positive influences?

What do you think? :)

One word; Irony.

Like a wood lice, choking on a splinter.

It sounds like you're advocating that people join some sort of cult.

What's freeform study? Brainwashing/Indoctrination of some sort of moralistic principles?

You're the Herbalife guy, right?

What's freeform study?
Reading a book would be an example of this Greenback...

and yes, I earned my freedom through Herbalife - by the way my mum just came round for a cup of tea - you'll be pleased to hear she's just got back from the Doc's - a few months ago she was refused an operation because she was 3.5 st overweight with dangerously high blood pressure.

Now she's down to her ideal weight, blood pressure normal and had her operation a few weeks ago :)

All down to those incredible products! - not an advert just a personal experience I'm happy to share with you so that you know where I'm coming from with all this passion, right?

Your mum lost 3.5 stone in 8 weeks (few months?). You do know that is dangerous right? That is a nearly a stone a week.

Oh hold on you said she had her operation 2 weeks ago. Plus i am sure they didn't get her straight in. Perhaps you can tell me what the operation was, and where she had it (i can check waiting times within a few minutes).

Brian tell me who did the operation i want to check in to your claims, if these are lies then you just took the scam to a whole new level.

You loose nothing by telling me what the operation was and which hospital. Thats not personal info, but it does allow me to either get behind your claims and back you up, or show people with certainty a lie. Will you take my challenge?

b2b - you're off track again - (sorry - my fault! my reply had an aside to Greenback) - her weight loss was almost exactly 2lb per week since you seem interested... that's bang on healthy as far as I know.

Also, can you tell us b2b how you persued your interest in physics, astrology, the occult and all those other subjects you've explored? was most of it via websites, books, clubs or whatever? were there any particularly good sources you found to support your research in Sheffield specifically?

Cheers

Brian so please explain how she was turned down a 'few months ago' for being "3.5 stone overweight", she had the operation "2 weeks ago", "Now she's down to her ideal weight" and she did this by loosing 2lbs of weight a week (you are correct that is what doctors recommend, and in fact if you loose more you run the risk of stretch marks). My maths is pretty good, but for the life of me i cannot work this out.

Brian i learnt from many different means, far too many to go over here. It wasn't mainly one thing or another, much of my learning was done before the internet is what it is today, so i would say most is from books. Here is a tip, always check your source. Never believe anything from any means (web site, book, TV) without checking out the credibility of the author. Also cross check, don't take one persons word for it. I would recommend these methods to everybody.

1 stone = 14 lbs
3.5 Stone = 49 lbs

At 2lbs a week that would take 24.5 weeks. That is over 6 months (never heard 6 be called a few). But this was 2 weeks ago, so that would need adjusting and i don't beleive for a moment that she rang up and they got her straight in the next day, we can take off a few weeks at least (and that is if it's urgent).

So would you like to correct your statement, Brian?

Thanks for that b2b - anyone else? I'm looking for organisations specifically to help in and around Sheffield specifically?

As Brian sells a sliming product, in the interests of fairness, credibility and safeness i think you should correct your statement or Sheffield forum should ban you from making spurious statements about the product. You have gone too far.

From albert Bri, i have asked you nicely to stop PMing me.

b2b are you just trolling here? from the quality of your other posts I think you just may be taking the **** in this one? Where's your attention to detail? your calcs above are glaringly inaccurate - where did I say 2 weeks ago?

give it up mate - you're making yourself look a pillock.

If you're really that bothered about who I am lets have a proper chat when we meet at the next opportunity. It's easier to communicate face to face.

Cheers

Bri

Where did he say 2 weeks ago? This guy cannot even read his own post.

Maybe we could get some school kids to check my maths, as it seems it too complex for Brian.

Now she's down to her ideal weight, blood pressure normal and had her operation a few weeks ago

As for me looking like a pilock, well that is your opinion and it seems YOUR OPINION ONLY.

Once again Sheffield forum, can we ban this person for his obvious lies about a product he is selling?

I asked you a question in a thread, you obviously could not answer it.
You chose to PM me and offer me any answer I required, the any question I have ask in the thread is asked there for the benefit of others.
Its obvious that you cant offer genuine answers to genuine questions,so please refrain from sending me any PM of any description and just answer the questions here in the thread.

No offence Brian, i have had a chance to read the comments made in this thread and it seems by a certain few people that your dealings are shady at best. Do you ever watch Neighbours which airs on the BBC at 13:45 and 17:38 monday to friday?

There is a guy called Stuart - who has been suckered into a programme of Life Mechanics - would you class yourself as another 'stuart'? He is turning into a real muppet of a character - i hope you arent doing the same in real life!!!

Oh btw, if you are good enough to respond to my questions; posting on the thread would be preferrable as if you PM me - i will add it regardless.

All the best Mr Earl Grey person.
