I am looking for a venue to hold my engagement party on the 28th of February, does anyone know of good pubs that i can hire rooms from. A DJ would be nice but i could bring my own and city centre would be best or near a hotel as i have people coming from out of town

I can recommend the Earl on Queens rd ( opposite halfords)
they have an excellent party room and my be able to supply or remmoend a DJ, they have a wicked sound system and can also provide a buffet from £4 ahead to £20 per head depending on what you are looking for ..you should go down there and check it out ! The managers name is greg ..tell him Peta sent you!
