There is a 3-day intensive pole workshop happening in Sheffield next week with the fabulous Richard Durnford from Bongo Bolero in London:
Chinese Pole and Acrobalance with Richard Dunford •10am – 4pm, June 15 - 17
This workshop is designed for intermediate to advanced students and will focus on Chinese pole and acrobalance, including: acrobatic balancing, adagio, dynamic tempo and classic Chinese pole moves, climbing styles and strength moves. The workshop is designed to be challenging and informative; participants will be taught at their level and will be encouraged to explore the equipment themselves. Taught by expert Chinese Pole and acrobalance performer Richard Durnford.
