Hi,

After working in bars for the last 6 years (and having thoroughly enjoyed it), working in a dying trade has its limitations. I am now looking for a career change and have been looking at going into plumbing quite alot. Could anyone please give me any advice on how best to get into this sector, the best qualifications to take and whether being of the female gender will hinder my progression??

You may have missed the boat so to speak, I think most tradesmen will tell you trade is very slow, sorry to be pessimistic maybe you will get more hands on advice from some of the tradesmen on the forum.
