Did you used to frequent the Attercliffe Palais de Danse at Attercliffe which was a roller skating rink at the side of Websters Furnisings.
I am related to Harold Jeffcock who managed the place for a time and I would like to know if anyone remember him or the place and has any interesting stories or pictures to share.

...and there I was thinking it was a thread on the new establishment called 'Goodfellas' that is opening up in Attercliffe by those of Niche/Capitol/Rebels fame. Its Sheffield's third lapdancing/strip club no less...

Don't know much about this place other than underneath was a garage owned by H.A.Sims (the coaching people in the 1920's) later A.F.Hancock again as a coach garage in the 1930's. Sheffield United Tours later owned the property until the 1960's.
