Hi guys

We were thinking of organising a social for the second England World Cup game. It is on Friday 18th June, 7.30pm and we have the opportunity to hire out an area of The Common Room.

The area is for a minimum of 20 people and would cost £5 per person (possibly less depending on how many people sign up) to hire out for the entire evening. This is a great opportunity to secure yourself an excellent view of a screen to watch the game on!

The area comes with one American pool table, two 40" plasma screens and seating. The Common Room will show full audio sound of the game including match build up and half time commentary.

They can provide a buffet and pre-order drinks such as private fridges for the match, at additional cost. The buffet includes:

Pepporini pizza slices
Bowl of Chilli nacho's
BBQ chicken wings
Cheese and bacon homemade skins
Dressed salad
Pot of creamy coleslaw

The area is in high demand so I need to let them know ASAP if we are going to book it. They cannot hold the area for us.

how about the dutch games??? ........ all right then, I might cheer for England in the unlikely case they manage to put the ball in the right net. ;)

Pool sounds great. Can we put the cricket highlights on the telly though instead of the football. It's a much quieter game to play pool to.
