Has anyone ordered their Download ticket/s through the HMV.com website? If so, have you recieved it/them yet? I'm a little bit worried with it being a week away, and I've not recieved confirmation of dispatch yet...

I ordered tickets through ticketmaster and just got them Monday. They are special print tickets that are all the same so I would imagine that they are all sent to the agents at the same time for them to send on to the customers. Although last year mine only arrived a few days before, again through ticketmaster.

Just a thought have you tried looking on the download festival forum in the tickets section?

My friend is also having problems to. One of our friends got his last week but he buy from ticketmaster, but my other friend is worried he too is not going to get them in time he ordered his via HMV. So i will let him know that you have also had problems also. But i know he has a number if you not already rang to find out has he put it on his facebook status for others see to ring if they also had problems. Or i could ask him what he found out when he rang. But the number is 0843 221 0100. I don't know the open times for this number, just got the number from his facebook status.

I got it yesterday, no worries! Usually you get a confirmation of dispatch, that's why I was slightly worried, but all's well that ends well
