errrrrm no it wasn't either of them. I didn't get to go to concerts and stuff til a bit later.

I would just rather not say and cling on to the very last shred of dignity and credibility I may have left on this forum. ;) :suspect:

Yeah I was a bit - and they sang live more often than you'd think y'know... It was only the big singing and dancing numbers they mimed to which you can sort of understand... I'm not saying they were great singing live but that was kinda why I loved them so much - they used to put on a damn good show... I was gutted when they split up...

If you want to see what they're like live you can bid on all my videos and dvds on ebay??!!

First proper 'concert' was probably the Darkness in 2003, supported by Ash :D

Take That at Sheffield Arena approximately 1994. Walking into the dark arena filled with thousands of screaming voices was overwhelming to say the least and gave me a phobia of large crowds that is still present today.

an early one was queen, status quo, inxs and the alarm at wembley 1986...

what a load of tosh! only the alarm were half decent, and THEY were twaddle!

a few months later i saw "vicious circle" (from hull) at the hallamshire, and they were probably the first "little" band i'd seen who were REALLY good...

:)

Adam & The Ants at the Queens Hall, Leeds, January 1982. I was 11.

Late getting there because we got lost on the way, so had to stand right at the back, and didn't see much at all.

But at least I was there!

The Beatles - in the mid 60's in Dundee. Couldn't hear a thing, but the atmosphere was great!
