75p from JTF. Just ask for a 'day pass' to get in without a card.

They even do 3 and 5 metre extensions for around £1.20.

Forgive my ignorance but what's jtf? I've reorganised my office so it's less of a boy's games room and more of a second bedroom since getting married a couple of weeks ago and the printers/scanners have ended up 3m from my main pc. Is there any kind of splitter where I could have a single usb going from the back of the pc to a hub which then connects to two devices? Sorry to hijack your thread susa41981 :D

JTF is a cash & carry type place. Don't know where it is though, well, I do, I think, I'm fairly certain there's one in Stoke but I'd imagine tere's one closer to you than that.

Anyway, The hub type thing you want is actually a USB hub, surprisingly enough. Ebuyer will have them somewhere.

JTF - Take the airport turn-off from the Parkway, right at 1st roundabout, straight on at next one, and its on your right. All items plus VAT on price shown, minimum spend £10.

For USB products try www.directusbstore.co.uk as JTF don't sell USB hubs.

You can get them cheap everywhere, it's the delivery charge that puts the cost up.

Try amazon, the do the lowest freight costs on small items

Hiya ,
You can get cheap cables from B.S.Computers on Abbey Lane, about 100 yards up from Chesterfield road, that probably is the nearest place to you . The usb cables start at about £2.50 I think.
Hope this helps
