Where can you get solid centered car wheels balanced? I have phoned about 6 different tyre specialists and none of them can balance wheels that have solid centers. I had to have two new tyres fitted to pass the MOT and they couldn't do it then. Now I have a wobbly car and no body can sort it :mad:

Try Reg Vardy on Penistone Road, sure thats where my friend had to go to have his done on a saxo.

I never realised this was a problem these days. There used to be loads of Tyre Depots that would balance wheels on the car.

The only disadvantage to this was that you couldnt put the wheel on another axel without re-balancing.
