We have just moved to new business premises at Nunnery Square just off the Parkway and I wondered if anyone can recommend a decent chiphole not too far away for this lunchtime.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Thanks. bigredbox 09-09-2005, 09:13 The baracuda, on duke street was always a good one, if it's a chinese you fancy, then the tram staff go to the silver pan at the end of woodbourn road. It's a good idea to order before break time though. Not sure if this is only open nights tho. RoyalRegular 09-09-2005, 14:00 Thanks bigredbox, the fish and fishcakes were good, and a choice between cod and haddock, but the chips were a bit anaemic and a bit dry.......but 7/10 overall! jan2002 10-09-2005, 17:49 Try the bottom chippie on manor park centre (below the co-op) We always go there now, its a bit further than city road but well worth the drive:thumbsup: jan2002 RoyalRegular 12-09-2005, 08:17 Thanks Jan....we'll try if Friday. bhunaboy 12-09-2005, 14:57 Richmond Fisheries are the best!!!!!! We did a test to find the best chippy in shef based on recommendations form friends, family and people on here. Nothing comes close to Richmond Fisheries (its at richmond by the way!) janjan21 12-09-2005, 18:11 You've add the rest NOW try the best Stans on woodhouse road and Tonys at masborough excellent quality and taist but if you fancy a drive go to Ernie Becketts Cleethorpes award winning fish and chips. in the 70s me and my x travelled far and wide for fish and chips on our honda 90 those were the days tasty days. |
