Hi all, my bro has given me his old 17" tft monitor, thing is its poorly. When you turn it on it goes two different colours and then nothing.

Do any of you guys know of anyone or anywhere that does any kind of repairs to tft monitors?

I would appreciate any info. :)

I haven't heard of anywhere that repairs tft's. But depending on how old it is, it might be worth contacting the manufacturer or wherever your brother bought it from?

Its still under warranty, its only about 9months old, but the pillock has thrown the box and everything else away! :loopy:

thats not normally a problem, the serial number should be on the monitor. try looking at the manufacturer's website (if its branded).

Contact the manufacturer and be nice to them. As said the monitor will have a production date on.
