Hi, just wanted to know if anyone knows of any land for sale / rent in the sheffield norton area were i could have a small holding ??

Hi, with reference to your ad, wanting a smallhoding. We have a registered smallholding for sale in Lincolnshire [it is about 45 miles from Sheffield. We have 5 1/2 acres, outbuildings, stables, double garage, dutch barn It has fantastic potential for making an income from home. We reduced it from £465000 to £395,000 to get a quick sale but we have now found a place we want to buy so are able to consider offers around £355,000. It really offers a lot for the money but we need to move to a bungalow for health reasons.
I know you are looking in Sheffield so if it is of no use - sorry!!
