I''d say it depends where it is I worked on the arbourthorne for 2 years, there are some bad roads and some nice roads. I'd say on average 60k to 80k

Below 73K, a two bed has gone by auction for around 80K near me in an area that I think is much better.

I think you would only buy in the area if you have grown up near there or that is what you can afford.

definitely depends where it is on arbourthorne and if its mid terrace or end ,not so good areas they are fetching 60k plus, better areas they are going as high as 75k

A freind of mine has just had his valued in the same area. it was used to rent out and it was abused the valuer said if it was mondanized to a decent standard i.e a lick of paint n new carpets. Also a new bathroom suite fitted it may fetch £60k in the market at the moment.

I have just had a three bed house valued at lowedeges that i own and that is clean and tidy with a very large garden all though old deco they have told me £50k these houses 5 years ago where fetching £110k.

i live on paddock cres... House is on the same road. been here 16 years. Its not to bad. Its an end house. Nice gardern although very old fashioned
