Please help me. I have been looking for months. I want to know where I can get a new banister/stair rail for my stairs. I dont need all the bottom bits of a banister as our rail is coming of the wall. I want something different. Something better than just a standard wooden one. Please help me. I know you will. :D :help:

you could try salvage yards, theres a good one in killamarsh.
If it's long brass poles you want,, could be really cheeky and ask a pub chain that's doing a refit.....it just ends up in the skip.

Have you tried stairparts at Heeley. As their name suggests they are specialists for this. We regularly obtain stairs for customers from them. We could fit yours if required once you find it. PM me if you need fitting.

Stairparts at Heeley are excellent - they reproduced a broken balustrade beautifully for a really low price of £14.00

Car Parking can be a bit awkward as it's just before Heeley Bridge coming out of town

We have fusion (http://www.stairplan.com/fusion.htm) fitted and it looks great as differant from wood too!

You can also get wrought iron designs as a alternative to wood!
