View Full Version : How annoying is Michael Barrymore??
I'm watching Come Dine With Me, and I think he is one of the most rude and disrespectful people i've ever seen!
Would you ever go round to someones house for dinner and start smashing plates with the food on? Or throwing pudding around? Or trying to cook their dinner your way?
Lets hope they sabatage his dinner party!!
Jabberwocky 24-05-2010, 20:48 The bloke is so desperate to get back on telly regularly that he`s willing to try anything to make his mark.
I've always thought he was an idiot. Never quite understood my the old bids love him so much. I don't know why channel 4 keep digging him up.
He's having a going-back-in party!! How silly is that? I am what I aaaaaaaaaaaam.......
AJ sheffield 24-05-2010, 21:01 He is vile, I'd rather spend time in the pool with some Piranhas.
bornwinner 24-05-2010, 21:40 i cant believe he still gets airtime...
phoebe23 24-05-2010, 22:17 Me too, should be banned!!! whoever watched PLEASE DONT, he's repulsive!!!
pattricia 24-05-2010, 22:18 I never liked him even when BEFORE he came out. Now hes gone back in ant he ?
HeadingNorth 25-05-2010, 01:35 I never liked him even when BEFORE he came out.
Came out of where? And why would his coming out (of wherever) be at all relevant to people liking him?
what annoyed me the most was that he completly changed for his night! how can he be such a boob and ruin everyone elses nights then get away scot free on his turn! i would of been smashing his plates throwing his food and stealing his stuff if i were there, the mans a joke
grouchomarx 25-05-2010, 07:00 What a waste of space the guy is.
alchresearch 25-05-2010, 09:43 He is vile, I'd rather spend time in the pool with some Piranhas.
I'd rather spend time in A pool of piranhas than any amount of time in his pool!
hasn't he 'turned' the other way again??.. read somewhere that he now likes women again!?
The other guests want to be thankful that they leave his house only having had food thrown at them - mostly his guests leave his parties in a wooden overcoat.

Yeah it would be a blood bath....amongst other things.

I think he likes anybody who will talk to him. The TV channels put him on just to make a fool of himself. It's just more trashy TV in the Price/Andre genre. People seem to love it.
It's only a matter of time before Barrymore 'implodes' again and returns to the loony bin.
He's an ideal candidate to be made a peer for the House of Lords, he can join the other loonies then. [Or something that rhymes with 'peer']
Jabberwocky 25-05-2010, 14:19 I can see an Oliver Reed future for him.
Remember the last years of Reeds life when he was dragged onto tv shows to make an utter fool of himself? I reckon Barrymore is next in line for that honour.
alchresearch 25-05-2010, 14:28 Hasn't he already done that when he used to turn up drunk at the British Comedy and National Television Awards?
About 66% as annoying as Alan Carr.
He's only annoying if you actually watch, read or listen to anything with him on/in it.
Ousetunes 25-05-2010, 15:05 In years gone by he would have been locked away in some asylum.
These days, I fear walking down Fargate in case I should bump into him.
Then there's the Lubbock case, but I'd better not say what I assume the vast majority thinks about the outcome (sic)...,
kenny gray 25-05-2010, 20:10 just behind beckham in my opinion.
cressida 25-05-2010, 20:17 He's only annoying if you actually watch, read or listen to anything with him on/in it.
Nice one Medusa:D
He is vile, I'd rather spend time in the pool with some Piranhas.
It would be safer.
boboskins 29-05-2010, 17:51 *Bernard Manning mode on*
Oh and did you notice there were no ashtrays in Barrymore's house. That's because he puts his fags out in the pool.
Bum tiisssshh
*Bernard Manning mode off*
lilminxymoo 15-06-2010, 12:53 I remember him in "Strike it Lucky" years ago, just as desperate for popularity now.

I used to quite like that
Agree he has had his day, is he still gay, or did he go back in again, can't keep up with his sex life!
He's a deeply inadequate individual with nothing to commend him, that I can see.
To put it mildly - he's very annoying but, as Medusa says, our TV's do have an on/off button.'
I find it very uncomfortable to watch him on the television now, their is just desperation with his attempt at humour.
