just read that my 300k broadband is being upgraded for free by NTl to 1mb :clap:

I don't have any caps. got it befote they put caps on. and they jsut charge me the one fee

Cos my line is too far away from the exchange.

It's the same here in Stannington, I tried for 1 Mb Wanadoo back last October but they said I could only get 512k cos we're too far away from the exchange at Wadsley Bridge, WTF?! :rant:

Damn you BT! :mad:

Oh well, at least Plusnet said we could get their 1 Mb... And yes I am fully aware that certain people on here hate Plusnet and think they are the Sheffield equivalent of AObloodyhell but I'm still moving to them once my Wanadoo subscription runs out.
