Just got ripped off by Ancestry.co.uk. Put my search criteria in for my ancestor and it returned 2 exact matches but I had to pay to view the records. So, paid by Visa and went back in but then it tells me there are ZERO matches! What a con - has anybody else got ripped off in this way? I've asked for a refuind but bet I don't get it!

im sure if you complain enough you will get something- have you tried again from another computer? if so make sure you print out a pic of the webpage showing the 2 matches!
