i was just wondering if any one out there has ever had a blind date? and how did it go? and any tips n tricks i should be lookin out for?
never had one before, so im brickin it! but at the same time looking forward to it! heard shes realy nice, but iv never even spoke to her.

I've been on one, but we were in contact via email beofre we met, so I didn't exactly go into it cold. We had fun, met in a bar, went to Chester Races, had a meal, and then went back to her house :o

Best advice I can give (yes, I know this is trite) is to make sure you have at least three things in mind that can be the starting point of a conversation. Also, try and be attentive to what she says, even if it is a load of codswallop.

Oh, and you might want to assess your date from afar before approaching. A horrible, shallow thing to do, but it might save you both a lot of heartache/wasted time.

And one more thing....christ I'm going on a bit! The emergency phone call routine will be seen through immedietly. Once your there, you are there for the night....unless you enjoy making ladies cry!
