how long does it take for you to get your bond back after you have moved out roughly.

normally around 10 days if its protected properly. check the tenancy agreement too - what problems are you having?

i moved out 3 week ago and someone else moved in the day after.its with mike jolly and im still waiting for the bond back.its over £600.

Is it protected with the DPS? if it is you should have received a letter with your unique user i.d which you input on the DPS website to reclaim your deposit.

ok - next question, when did you take the tenancy?

i finally got in touch with jolly and they said the return had been overlooked and they will post it today.i wont hold my breath with these though
