Anybody had similar? How much did it cost to fix. The leak is somewhere in a 3 meter stretch and no more than 1m from the surface which is mostly block paved.
Also- anybody had any experience with D P Construction?

This is a job we could do for you we also have builder who could correctly re insate the block paving the last one we did was about £800 but each job is different. Also check your buildings insurance as you may be covered for some if not all of the work.

Thanks for the replies- Thankfully I'm not living there yet (house still a shell) so have time to sort this one out.
Check with the Water Authority. I had same issue under Yorkshire Water. They were (then, 9 years ago) offering free repair to all such leaks. Do check thoroughly though. Their Customer Helpline new nothing of it until pressed.

my parents had this problem too. And as Tenrab says do check into it. Yorkshrie water apparently will do free work if you have never claimed off them for over 5 years. Something like tha anyway. Goodluck
