Well it's the second week of the finals and the Sydney Swans take on Geelong at the Sydney cricket ground. Who do you think will win? Sydney gave Geelong a bit of a touch up mid-season but they had a lot of players out, but the finals are always a differnt game. for those who are interested logon

Who cares? Aussie Rules is a meat head's game. It's so mindless and skill-free, it makes rugby look like chess ;)

I think he's trying to create a diversion from the impending loss of the Ashes. :)

Not so i proudly wear my England shirt all through the ashes and have done for a long time, Mate and as for soccer a game where spectators try to kill themselves in the name of sport yeah right gimme Aussie rules any day. at least teams here dont have 20millin pound debts.

Aussie rules does seem to be a very strange sport though - whatever level of fighting goes on in the stands at a footy match seems to pale in comparison with the violence in Aussie rules (from what I've seen).

Haven't you heard? Even in Australia, it's not called "soccer" any more, it's now officially called football (mate) ;)
