I would like to know more about Sheffield society. I have only one year here but I haven't learn much about it. :oops:

Hi! Can we talk more about society here in Sheffeild, I mean to bring more experiences living here. The good and bad experiencies that you have had living here in Sheffield with diferent people or diferent situations.

I learnt a lot from hanging out at Meadowhall last time I was home. Everything from new fashions, personalities, spending trends, life styles etc etc. You learn a lot about life at the Mall. What an eye opener!! Go and "people watch" it's facinating.
You want to know about society? Look around and watch people's interaction with their friends, their kids. What are they buying and how much are they spending? How many bags are they carrying and what shops are buying from? That gives you an idea how rich or not so rich people are.
You will certainly have good experiences and possibly some bad (hopefully not though) So, watch your wallet. There are a lot of pick pockets around. My mum got robbed there.
Society is all around us. Be an observer.
You need to get out more. Join a club:-singles, sports, whatever you are interested in.
