I was nerly interested then - but if you can't even think far enough to provide contact details, how can you be expected to operate machinery competently? :suspect:

Sorry for the grizzle, but our valeter left the country and we haven't found a suitable replacement yet.

finding a good valeter is like the needle in the haystack hunt ;)

If anybody tries this service out, can they post the results here? or on the recommend a valeter thread (if it still exists)

I can safely say on behalf of myself and my co-tenants that we are not at all satisfied with the contractor Greystone Industrial Cleaners appointed by our landlord to clean the common parts of this multi-occupancy property.

With few notable exceptions we found their staff do not deliver a cleaning service. They do not turn up for work. In one case their cleaner made private arrangements with a tenant, signed in for the job and used that time to clean one of the tenant's flats but failed to clean the common parts for which we had paid. To date the landlord has failed to take any remedial steps to rectify matters despite much correspondence on collective and individual matters.

There is a firm on Ecclesall Road which advertises a valeting service and charges £34.50. If this interests you I am going down the road later on and can find out more information for you.
