Dunno if anyone's watched, it's quite specialist viewing I suppose. It's just starting again. Bellowhead on TV earlier which was great (glimpse of me on the front row :clap: !).

Catch some if you can.

Unfortunately we don't have bbc 4,i'm stuck with 5 channels, its like living it the ice age! My dad refuses to get get sky, waste of money blah blah blah, but he could get one of them digital boxes. Would'nt mind e4 for lost. Anyway i'm going off topic but back to the folk fest ival on tv i'll have try to catch some of it at my mates, if i'm really lucky maybe i'll catch a glimpse of you rosie Xxx:blush:

They've been showing it the last 2 Fridays but I think it's all done with now. Bit of a shame as they managed to miss out a lot of the best performances and keep a lot of the crap ones (e.g. Christy Moore....what is the fuss about?!). It might be repeated at a later date though.

I recommend Bellowhead, Seth Lakeman, KT Tusntall, Martha Wainwright, and for a good laugh, Hayseed Dixie. Best band of the weekend - The Cat Empire - not here :( Get tracks on their website though. Not folk, but funk/jazz/sexy fusion greatness from down under!
