Does anyone know if First Mainline do a bus tomorrow morning from either Hillsborough Interchange or Town to Barnsley? Mum wants to go to Barnsley Market on the bus, I've been on First's web site but predictably it's about as much use as a Sony executive at a Microsoft convention... :loopy:


So can anyone help?

If you want to go by First then you'll have to go into Rotherham from Sheffield (X78 is quickest) and hop on an X12.

Yorkshire Traction operate a service from Sheffield to Barnsley, I think it's the X31.

There is also the X10 (Barnsley and District) and the X33 (Arriva)

Yorkshire Terrier are running a bus from Batemoor to Barnsley every hour (the x72) which runs pretty much at the same time as the 265 Barnsley service ran. It leaves the wicker ar 21 mins past the hour and leaves Barnsley at 35 mins past the hour
