What road? - lower Frechville is a bit general.

Most of this area is OK - has it's problems but no more than average for this type of popular area.

Plenty of shops, good transport links, reasonable schools, easy access to the motorway network, all the houses appear to be in reasonable condition, with many residents investing in the 'kerb appeal'.
