You could ask someone local like Michael Vaughan and tell him you will donate £5,000 to the Childrens hospital for his appearence. They would get good press from it and you would maybe have a better chance of getting a "bigger" celebrity.

My family recently had that Battersby bloke Les...from Coronation Street up at Riverside Meadows Caravan Park in Ripon for less than £1500...if it is for charity he is your man!
