hi i wonder if anyone can help! me and my partner currently live in a rented property(private landlord). we decided we wanted to move out abou 5weeks ago we dont have a contract in the current property but thought it was only fair to give our landlord the 5 weeks notice! we have paid for a full months rent but will be moving a week before our rent payment ends our landlord knew this! do we have any right to claim the week srent back as it is £115.00 which we could do with.
