I've been having problems with Parcelforce since January, and, despite every attempt it looks like this will go to court.

Does anyone know of any legal companies that take on cases or will offer advice in a situation like this?

Because of the damages, money is limited and I was hoping someone could give me some good advice :)

Have you been to postcomm (http://www.psc.gov.uk/) (who I think are the regulators for the Post Office)?

The sad fact is that sometimes it isn't worth going to court, especially if you can't afford a solicitor. It's unlikely (incredible?) that you'll find a solicitor to take on a case that they have no prospect of being paid for - I'm guessing that you want to keep all your compensation from the sound of your OP.

Do you have legal expenses cover on your business insurance?

I don't know whether this is domestic or business related but sometimes your home insurance will include legal expenses cover. It is worth checking your policy if it is personal property.
