Does anybody have any heart-warming Christmas tales that they would be willing to share? I'm thinking of things like miracle Christmas babies, romances, near death experiences ect.

The Christmas Trees aren't even up in the department stores! (well, not quite.........) :( mikeyspikey 01-09-2005, 19:17 my mother died at the age of 66 in september 1982 and my dad at 81 in 1996!---when we were clearing the house after dads death we came across some tapes that had mum and dads voices on!--one was from xmas sometime in the in the late seventies, and it was so heart warming to hear their voices.--they were talking about what a lovely xmas they'd had!--in fact it may even have been 1981 the year before mum died!--what a great memory for me.--a spoken word memory!!--just great!!:) oasismark 02-09-2005, 09:00 Originally posted by Draggletail It's only September the 1st! It was her first baby and her waters broke when she was eating Xmas dinner! Luckily, her aunty is a midwife and helped deliver her baby. Quick birth to say the least... Mum and baby on the front page of the local press in Liverpool. My mate less than chuffed with the photo tho... |
