This is some sort of file in the Windows System32 folder. Does anyone know what it does or if it is harmful? I have googled it but the results are inconclusive. Thanks.

I believe it to be malware. camocx.dll is a Windows system file and should libe in system32, but I am pretty sure that camocx42.exe shouldnt be there. There's references to camocx.exe on the web as being malware. Mention of it even being a keylogger, so make sure its sorted immediately.

Try downloading Hijack This and see if it picks it up.
