:help: iam trying to put an avatar on my name but it keeps saying its too large...what do i do??

im rubbish, its still sayin too big...:confused:

you need a program to change the actual picture size (normally to about 80 x 80) and to lower the resolution of the saved gif (normally to about 50kb, sometimes a bit less)
