Hi,

I am interested in taking up Kayaking/canoeing and I was wondering if anyone on here could point me in the direction of a decent club. I have had a gander and there seems to be two clubs at my side of the city (Hillsborough). Has anyone had any dealings with either of these clubs, and if so, which would you recommend?

I haven't been in a canoe since school (more years than I care to remember) so I am looking to start a fresh and pick up enough experience to get out on the open water (mainly sea kayaking) in the not so distant future.

when my son is home from uni he kayaks with sheffield canoe club at oughtibridge on wed.nights + sun. mornings. beginners are most welcome, most of the senior members are qualified coaches as is my son.
