View Full Version : New build on land by bramall lane??? jennifer 31-08-2005, 14:19 hello I was wonderin if anyone knew what was happening with the land that has been flattened on bramall lane? There's a board up saying what they're going to be building. Apparetly there's going to be a complex or one and two bedroom apartments and a few four bedroomed townhouses. Not necessarily. United have submitted two planning applications. One for a hotel and casino and one for the hotel and corner stand. The one for the hotel and corner stand is likely to be acted upon by United should it be granted, as seen in all the media reports last week. They are building the new hotel so it could be joined on to a casino in the future, if they allowed us to have a casino on the site. That's how I understand it anyway.
