I like the first but would have like to see it cropped a little tighter loosing a little off the RHS. There is a buoy or some other object in the water and it is just a little distracting.

I also think a slightly tighter crop would place the emphasis more on the building. At the moment I want to look at the building but keep being distracted by the reflection of the light in the water which takes my eyes away from the building and then away from the picture.

The second just doesn't quite do it for me. I like the concept as an abstract image but the cropping just doesn't quite work.
