I'm not sure this topic has been raised before, but I've noticed a lot of people advertising rooms don't specify student or professional accommodation, and then get about 20 replies asking if it is one or the other.

How about asking people to specify certain things, such as:

Student or Professional
Bills inc?
minimum contract
bond
room size (if they can!)
and when the room has been let!

I know a lot of people do include some of this information but not always, all the time. I find it a bit frustrating to enquire about what seems to be a lovely property to find out it's student only, or that it's already been let.

So come on, people, what should be the minimum requirement for info when posting available properties?
